Insurance
At Valparaiso Family Dentistry PC or VFD, we accept various dental benefit plans and will file insurance claims as convenient for you. We are PPO providers with most dental insurance companies but don’t accept any HMO or DMO plans. Medicaid and HIP 2.0 are also accepted. Given below is a list of plans we accept. Please contact us if you don’t see your dental carrier or plan listed. Dental insurance benefits are different from medical insurance benefits. Mostly, dental insurance doesn’t cover all services. There are a few policies that cover only basic services and have annual limits on benefit payments. The dentists at VFD will recommend the appropriate treatment based on your oral health instead of your dental insurance benefits.
